DRY LEAF

Darjeeling second flush tea with curly medium-sized leaves in a chocolate brown sheen with many buds exhaling a rich honey note over the crispness of oak wood and citrus zest.

INFUSION

Glossy, evenly graded leaves in a shade of melted chocolate emitting a sweet fragrance of pulpy fruits like peaches with the warmth of hazelnuts.

LIQUOR

Deep fluorescent amber with a juicy sweet notes of floral nectar manifesting into a smooth substantial body that embodies true muscatel notes of zesty muscat grapes and red berries, with tart notes of passion-fruit on the centre of the palette rounded off by a finish of sweet honey.

Darjeeling green tea with crisp henna green leaves that are speckled with silver tips give out wafts of toasty herbs like thyme and wood.

INFUSION

Glossy and reflective wet soft green leaves with copper spots reveal an earthy vegetal sweetness of boiled spinach with fresh herbs.

LIQUOR

A shiny jade yellow liquor with sweet leafy notes and prominent citric piquancy brews a brisk-body replete with brothy sweet flavours of green leafy vegetables like spinach and lettuce, boasting of a mild sweetness that gradually fills the tongue and has an excellent retentive finish of a sweet meadow.
