Castleton Moonlight Tea:
Castleton Moonlight is a special and rare second flush black tea harvested exclusively during the moonlit nights. It is an artisanal tea that reflects the care and meticulous attention paid to the quality of the leaves. The name "Moonlight" comes from the tradition of plucking tea leaves under the moonlight, a practice that is said to enhance the flavor and aroma of the tea, ensuring only the most tender leaves are selected.
Moonlight Harvesting:
Hand-Picking under Moonlight: The leaves for Castleton Moonlight are picked at night, often under the light of the moon. The cooler night air and the absence of the sun help preserve the delicate compounds in the tea leaves. Tea pluckers select only the finest tender buds and young leaves, which are crucial for the unique flavor profile of the Moonlight tea.

INFUSION

Clean liquor shimmers hay yellow and entices with a lifted floral bouquet of orchids, geraniums, and snowdrops to melt into cloud-like wisps of vanilla pods and hazelnut that herald a brisk breeze of tender tendrils that brushes tops of the palette for a fresh finish.
