SEEYOK TEA ESTATE

Planted in the early 1880s, seeyok is an organic tea estate that is considered to be one of most iconic tea gardens in the world. Picked by expert pluckers from a designated section of the garden situated at 5500  feet, it is one of the highest elevation tea estates in the region that produces the most appreciated single estate Darjeeling teas, making it a perfect and memorable cup of first flush tea.

Tasting Notes

DRY LEAF
Medium graded tippy golden leaf gently roasted having shiny golden bud with fruity aroma of dry leaf essence and a hint of cocoa.

INFUSION
Pungent catchy nose of fruity essence with fermented mild citrusy flavour.

LIQUOR
A golden dark shiny liquor with mild astringency of fruit and muscat hint with an after taste retention.

Steeping Info

☕ For a Perfect Cup of Tea:
💧 Take 1 cup of water (180 ml).
🔥 Heat it to 90-95°C.
