How To Steep?

Take 1 cup of fresh water (180 ml)

Heat water

Heat to 90–95°C, just below boiling

Add tea leaves

Add 1 teaspoon (2.5g) of Second Flush leaves

Steep time

Steep for 3–5 minutes
